Previous experience as an IT Project Manager, particularly within the life sciences industry, is highly valuable. Demonstrated expertise in commercial knowledge, project budgeting, resource management, stakeholder management, and effective communication are essential. Strong leadership abilities, including experience in leading cross-functional teams, are desired. Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and compliance are important qualities.
While project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous, fluency in English is a requirement, and proficiency in Danish and/or Swedish is highly desirable.
