Key Tasks & Duties
- Oversee provision of end user support, including troubleshooting, problem solving and issue resolution.
- Maintain applications through regular system management and upgrades.
- Monitor application interfaces, exports and imports and troubleshoot any issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure cohesive and integrated IT support solutions.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to set standards and guidelines.
- Engage and manage BAU vendor relationships, ensuring the delivery of quality products and services.
- Oversight of contracts, service level agreements and renewals.
- Maintain adherence to IT operational controls including business continuity, disaster recovery, security standards and compliance reporting.
Skills & Knowledge
- Experience with OpenTwins or equivalent Policy Administration System
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- 3-5 years experience in a technical support environment.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and break down silos.
- Knowledge of reinsurance preferred.
- Manager experience preferred.
