We’re supporting a well-established international company in their search for an experienced IT Network Manager to take ownership of their global network infrastructure. This is a hybrid role based in Berlin offering strategic influence, technical leadership, and direct impact on global operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of network specialists

• Set and enforce standards for LAN, WLAN, and WAN infrastructure

• Manage full lifecycle of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, monitoring systems)

• Troubleshoot and resolve 2nd & 3rd line issues across global sites

• Drive continuous performance, reliability, and security improvements

• Own relationships with vendors and service providers

• Support international projects with expert network input

• Implement best practices in architecture and operations

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise network management (LAN/WAN/WLAN/Firewalls)

• Deep technical knowledge of routing, switching, and firewall technologies

• Hands-on experience with Cisco, HPE Aruba, and Fortinet solutions

• Comfortable managing 24/7/365 network environments

• Strong skills in monitoring tools (SNMP, Nagios, Zabbix)

• Familiarity with IT project methodologies (Agile, PMI, ITIL)

• Bonus: Cloud knowledge (Azure), German or other European languages

• Fluent English and a proactive, solution-driven mindset
