– Understands finance business and processes within change.
– SAP experience – Working on standards and NOT customization as this is what Shimano are doing.
– JD Edwards OR SAP (S/4HANA experience best) expertise.
– Supply chain industry knowledge
– ERP migration experience
– Needs to have people management skills – Keeping current team going, solving issues so needs hands on management experience.
– Someone who can challenge the business conmfortably and not just from consulting perspective – Who will enforce and not just go with the current layout.
