Venquis are currently working with an award winning consultancy who are looking for a Head of AI to lead a dynamic team that’s laser-focused on artificial intelligence (AI) in the banking sector.
As the Head of AI, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s AI initiatives within the banking domain, actively shaping projects and steering innovation within their portfolio.
Your responsibilities will encompass:

Establishing and nurturing a specialized team with a strong focus on artificial intelligence (AI) in the banking sector.

Proactively identifying fresh business prospects and seizing them with initiative.

Growing and developing your team through recruitment, skill-building, and talent retention strategies.

Bridging the gap between business and technology, actively participating in projects related to digitization, process optimization, and automation within the banking sector.

Expanding and elevating client relationships through your hands-on involvement.
YOUR SKILLS – WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

A solid educational background and/or training in the banking field, complemented by additional qualifications.

Substantial experience in IT projects in the banking sector, particularly with a keen focus on artificial intelligence (AI), as well as an initial taste of team leadership.

Proficiency in crafting proposals and contracts.

Effective communication skills tailored to your target audience, marked by an open and supportive approach.

Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.

Willingness to travel as needed for project demands.
