We are looking for experienced recruiters who are interested in a purely client facing/ business development role. Here at Venquis we have a dedicated client solutions team, which you will be part of, supported by a large delivery function based in London.

The Opportunity:

  • To sell the full Venquis solution to existing and prospective clients.
  • You will be a go getter, highly motivated and actively seeking to improve industry knowledge through reading relevant trade press and learning from others
  • Consistently meeting & pitching the Venquis solution to new & existing clients
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with clients & candidates at all levels
  • Understand, communicate & negotiate the Venquis T&C’s (margins, payment terms)
  • Able to present key selling points to clients
  • Overcome client challenges with objection handling & rapport building skills
  • Able to speak confidently about the market
  • Motivate, encourage and engage others to succeed
