Contract C# Developer – Aarhus, East Jutland

Overview

An opportunity is available for an experienced C# Developer with strong backend development expertise and a solid understanding of software architecture. The role involves working on a technically advanced product focused on media, connectivity, and secure systems.

This is a hands-on position within a collaborative, engineering-driven environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of a high-performance solution incorporating real-time streaming, wireless communication, and secure design practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core features of a high-performance .NET 9 application running on Linux

• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to design decisions

• Support integration of frontend features via WebAssembly (WASM) using UNO Platform 6 (previous experience with UNO not required)

• Work with components related to audio/video streaming, transcoding, and recording

• Integrate with systems involving 5G modems, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth

• Ensure compliance with Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) standards

• Follow secure coding best practices and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

Essential Skills and Experience

• 4-5+ years of hands-on experience in C#/.NET development

• Proven experience designing and implementing software architecture while remaining technically hands-on

• Comfortable working with .NET 9 in Linux-based environments

• Good understanding of software security practices

• Experience working in agile, collaborative teams

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Desirable Skills

• Awareness of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) or related regulatory frameworks

• Interest or background in cybersecurity

• Familiarity with UNO Platform 6, WASM, or gStreamer (C++ not required)

• Experience with wireless communication technologies such as 5G, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth
