We are currently working on behalf of a large insurance company who are loking for an Application Support Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
The role will ential supporting a wide portfolio of applications and websites for the client, providing excellent service management delivery across the portfolio of applications to all the service stakeholders. To act as a condit nd liaison between the user comunity and IT&S colleagues in other teams to resolve operational issues. The successful candidate will have a broad technical knowledge across the network/ comms/ secruity topics.
- To have a strong level of SQL server databases.
- Citrix and VDI environments and troubleshooting
- Demonstrate logical problem solving and team work ethic.
