You are given the responsibility of managing projects and teams safely. In Netcompany, we require everyone, including managers, to have strong IT professional skills. This means that as a manager you will both be responsible for your team and are generally responsible for the quality and progress of your delivery. In addition, you will also be responsible for consultancy and business development at the customer as well as quote writing.
You will in the role of Manager deal with a multitude of different technologies. In Netcompany, we deliver on all market-wide technologies including .Net, C#, Java, Salesforce, Sharepoint, Dynamics CRM, Sitecore, ReactJS, Angular, Docker, Azure, Azure DevOps, Octopus, Oracle, Episerver, and others. The choice of technology is always determined according to what gives the customer the most value.
In parallel with the management of the project, you will also be mentored by young, talented Consultants or Senior Consultants. The mentorship is a lasting relationship that allows you to follow and develop your mentees throughout their careers in Netcompany.
You have several years of experience in the IT industry and come with a bachelor’s or master’s degree. It is important that you have a solid commercial understanding, are an ambitious and confidence-building leader, and that you possess a high level of professionalism and integrity.
