In your role, you’ll be:

The ideal Team Lead for VirGeo’s continual growth will:
• Have a BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Have five years’ experience of the industry.
• Be a software developer focused on delivering high quality code that sets an example for other developers (preferred Python, C# or JavaScript)
• Have solid experience leading a team and interacting with multiple teams in a global setting.
• Be a natural problem solver and able to motivate and organise teams to propose, validate and deliver pragmatic solutions.
• Be able to handle ambiguity and move forward with imperfect information – but get things done in a rapidly changing environment.
