Shared learning forum will hear from international thought leaders on the future of change management

On the 11th and 12th November the Change Management Institute (CMI) 2015 Conference will investigate emerging trends in organisational change. The conference, taking place at the RSA on London’s Strand, has assembled a programme of international thought leaders in change to explore new concepts and challenge conventional thinking in a shared learning forum.

The CMI conference will be staged in London and Sydney on the 11-12 November and will also be live streamed to our online delegates from around the world.

The CMI conference speakers represent some of the profession’s new wave of change management thinking and include NHS’s Chief Transformation Officer Helen Bevan and USA based best-selling author and future of work provocateur Stowe Boyd.    

Change Management President, Caroline Perkins explains, ‘This is a conference with a very big twist. This is not a ‘sit back and listen’ event. This is an event where you can be involved with developing and publishing new thinking in change and ‘’How Change is Changing’’.’ 

The Change Management Institute conference is a truly global event where delegates will be able to attend and actively participate to shape the future of organisations and the strategic change agenda.
