The manner in which you lead will depend on factors that include your ability to understand and accept your own skills whilst empowering yourself to work to your strengths. By definition a leader is someone who makes proactive decisions with confidence.

Famous inspirational and military leaders built their careers on the foundation of understanding the importance of developing a curiosity of the unknown whilst remaining true to their beliefs.
The business world today encourages personalized leadership styles that blend social and cultural awareness with traditional values.
