We are ecstatic to announce that we have also been shortlisted for ‘Excellence in Diversity, Inclusion and Mentoring’ for London Loves Talent Awards 2014.

LondonlovesBusiness.com, in partnership with learndirect, is delighted to announce the launch of the most coveted event for talent: LondonlovesTalent Awards.

The category ‘Excellence in Diversity, Inclusion and Mentoring’ means driving progress and gaining traction in the ways in which companies seek to become more diverse and inclusive is a long process. It requires openness, transparency and authentic behaviour, clear values that engage employee commitment and evidence to show how being both diverse and inclusive improves business performance. Mentoring has evolved significantly in the last decade and plays an unequivocal role in succession planning and developing talent, whether companies use internal or external mentoring sources. Judges will be looking for evidence and examples of how companies are driving the diversity & inclusion agenda and developing or improving mentoring within their business, what changes they have made and what business benefits have been gained.

Other categories include Apprentice of the Year, Skills and Workforce Development Champion, Talent Director of the Year, Excellence in Technology and Innovation, Excellence in Youth Engagement, Company of the Year...

The Awards Dinner will take place on Tuesday 29 April, 2014 at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square. Presenting the awards with be The RT Hon Michael Portillo, with entertainment by Faryl Smith.
